Today we are to make a background with stamps or somehow repeat the sentiment. I choose to go with a watermark type. What fun! I used white card stock and stamped the sentiment in Daffodil Delight from the Curly Cute set by SU. I used the Gala Greehouse DSP and Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz cardstock. The flower from the Friends Never Fade seemed to fit so I inked it up with the stampin write pens in Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie.
I stamped the background stamp in Black and used it on the front. Added Jewels and it's done.

Wednesday I checked out the challenge knowing I couldn't make a card until I got back home. What fun. My friend Silke aka Sparklegirl's card from April had been picked for the sketch. So I went and had lunch with her and told her...she didn't know and was very excited and honored. Well of course I didn't get home until real late, but I did this card ~
I am very happy with it. I left off any sentiment and flipped the card. I used the stamp from Thoughts and Prayers (love that tree), inked it with stampin write pens {Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler} Used white card stock for the base, then added Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler card stock behind the image. The DSP is from basic grey and then added some silver pearls.
