Triple stamping/Seamless tiers...that's what they call it over on SCS.  I did not know, but did it a month or so ago and loved the results.  This technique is sooo much easier than the way I did it.  Thanks for the lessons.  I say you are never too old to learn!

I made this card using Whisper White and Raspberry Ripple paper.  Stamped in Raspberry Ripple.

I also stamped an extra flower and cut it out and popped it on for some more dimension.

The stamping is from the "Creative Elements" set.  I do love the results of this card.

Have a great day!

Today the colors for the SplitCoastStampers Challenge are Daffodil Delight, Pool Party & Poppy Parade.  Not colors I would have chosen, but not too bad together.  Here is my take on them.

My flower has been stamped using Creative Elements Stamp Set with VersaMark and heat embossed with white powder on Poppy Parade card stock.  I then cut it out and popped it up using dimensionals.

The background was stamped with the same stamp set with VersaMark and allowed to air dry.  The scalloped background was cut out using Nestabilities from Spellbinders.

The create on my card was stamped in Poppy Parade from the Creative Elements stamp set from Stampin' Up!

I stamped the butterfly three times on Daffodil Delight with Daffodil Delight Ink from a stamp made by Our Daily Bread.  Then cut them out using a die made for this butterfly from ODB.  Then mounded them on top of each other using dimensionals.  Gives it a cool look.

All this on white card stock.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great afternoon.

My card for today is two challenges over at SCS.

The sketch is different and thought I's make it a shadow card (that's what they are calling it in honor of ground hog day).

The buttom flap is about 2 1/2 inches.  So you are seeing what is paritally inside.  You have the option of opening it or gluing it down to use for a give card, etc.

I used the new "Creative Elements" stamp set from SU.  The flower is inked with Craft Cajun Craze and embossing powder was applied and heated.  The background is stamped with the same stamp with classic Cajun Craze.  The front panel is stamped in black and colored in Old Olive, Tangerine Tango and Cajun Craze.  The front flap panel I cut using edgelits adorning accents.
