SCS Featured Stamper

"bspinks" is in the spot light today.  I picked her first card ~  Sparkling Snowflakes ~ to case.

I got the background stamp a few weeks ago from Heartfelt Creations and new it would be perfect to use it for Pergamona Craft. 

When the FS's first card popped up I knew I would be casing it today.  I used Rich Razzleberry & White cardstock along with vellum for the background.  I also used Pergamona tools with the vellum.

Nestabilities were used for the cutouts.  I colored the Dutch Iris stamp with Copics V06, V09, V12, Y13, Y15.  I popped some Pearls in the corners.
