I was not able to finish my color challenge card yesterday.  This morning when I checked on the sketch challenge, was delighted to see I could tweak my card some and turn it into this Birthday card.

I like it and hope you do too!

The colors are Smokey Slate, White, Gumball Green, and neutrals (I used Black and Very Vanilla).  For dessert use the "Chalkboard" technique.

 

 

 

The designer series paper is called "Modern Medley"  Has some really pretty papers in the package.

 

My Chalkboard technique is using craft white and embossing powder.  Then using a dauber daubed off (I think that is what you would describe it) I swiped across the black to make it look like a used chalk board.
