Limited Supplies at SCS today is to use ribbon and border punches.  I got the Welcome Neighbor DSP and the Good Neighbors stamp set yestereday.   So of course I used them.  I punched the white first then picked out the piece of DSP and used the scoreboard to give the paper some dimension.  TFL, hope you like it!
